Picnic by +Halle. A place to share.

Picnic, designed by Form Us With Love for +Halle, is based on a clear idea: sitting together changes the way we inhabit spaces. Its circular form makes gathering feel natural, encouraging conversation and closeness among those who use it.

Picnic integrates seating and a central table into a single piece, reducing elements to enhance the experience. A design conceived for collective spaces where coexistence and encounter are part of everyday life, without the need for rigid structures or formal protocols.

Form matters.

The circular geometry of Picnic is not decorative; it is functional. It removes hierarchies, creates a shared centre and enables more direct interaction. Everyone occupies the same position within the whole, reinforcing a sense of equality and belonging.

This same configuration allows meetings to move out of enclosed rooms and into more open, dynamic and permeable spaces. Picnic encourages more agile, natural encounters, where conversations flow with less rigidity and time is used more efficiently. Brief, casual meetings that arise and resolve themselves without isolating from the surrounding environment.

The Picnic family consists of four versions, available in two diameters (1500 and 1800 mm) and two heights. This variety allows the system to adapt to different uses and contexts without losing coherence or formal clarity.

One piece, many possibilities.

Picnic is presented in a monocolour finish, with standard options in grey or black that unify the metal structure, tabletop and upholstered seating, creating a calm and well-defined presence. The piece can also be customised in any RAL colour, with a choice of different textiles, expanding its ability to integrate into a wide range of projects.

Its design makes it easy for those standing nearby to join the conversation spontaneously, widening the circle without disrupting the dynamic. Picnic reduces the need for multiple tables and chairs, brings order to the space and promotes a more open, conscious way of meeting. It is not just used: it is shared. And in that collective experience lies its true meaning.

Thanks

This website is dedicated to all those people who, in one way or another, have helped this project/dream/desire to begin and take shape.

Special thanks to my wife and my parents for supporting me, to Cristina Escarrà and Alfonso Pérez Rosales for generously sharing with me their experience as agents, to those clients who, in one way or another, have given me wise advice, to the brands that have placed their trust in me, and to Gonzalo, my godfather, who, with his always generous help, and guiding me throughout this process, is largely to blame for the fact that I can boast of being an “entrepreneur”.

Thanks also to Nuria, Rafa and Guillermo, who, to help me in the hard beginnings of any entrepreneurial activity, have opened the doors of their home, let me share with them a bit of their personal lives when I pass through their cities of residence, and give me free accommodation.

Thanks to all!
