Mayice Studio

Marta Alonso Yebra and Imanol Calderón Elósegui form Mayice Studio, a product design studio specialised in lighting and its dialogue with architecture and space. Their work is driven by curiosity and experimentation, understanding each project as a process of research where matter, light and perception interact with one another.

Their language is built through the observation of glass and the way it transforms, bends and alters light. From this exploration, they develop pieces in which form acquires an almost sculptural dimension through a precise logic. Between craftsmanship and contemporary technology, Mayice creates objects that are both expressive and restrained, where emotion emerges through technical accuracy and function integrates naturally.
