Francesco Faccin

Francesco Faccin is a Milan-born designer (1977) whose work moves fluidly between industrial design, independent craftsmanship, community-based projects, and gallery exhibitions. He believes in a boundaryless approach to design—one that fosters connections, reflection, and dialogue rooted in deep research beyond the object itself. After working with Enzo Mari and luthier Francesco Rivolta, he opened his own studio in 2007. Faccin has collaborated with Michele De Lucchi, teaches product design at the Free University of Bolzano, and works with various international clients, galleries, institutions, and NGOs. In 2013, he was awarded a fellowship at the American Academy in Rome.
